Imagine: a boundless experience for the ears, sight, smell, and touch. You hardly move, yet you go from room to room. Only the extraordinary combination of Florian Magnus Maier's music, Marcel Wierckx's virtual reality creation, the spaces of the Rembrandt House, the paintings of Joan Miró, and the timbre of Black Pencil make this possible. An installation, for example, after a concert, at a festival, in a museum, or gallery. The ultimate form of 'immersion' – a challenge that continues to fascinate both young and old.

De zoektocht naar brutale expressie in het werk van de Spaans-Catalaanse surrealistische meester Joan Miró (1893-1983) is in zekere zin te vergelijken met het effect die wordt gezocht in Virtual Reality: kracht, totale immersie, helderheid, impact.
In 1928 bezocht Miró Nederland, en omdat hij de werken van de oude meesters zo bewonderde, vooral die van Vermeer, besloot hij ze op een bijzonder eigenzinnige, abstracte wijze na te schilderen in drie ‘Dutch Interiors’. Deze drie ‘Dutch Interiors’ schilderijen vormen de rode draad van de voorstelling.
