CHANSON DE GESTE...

Chanson de Geste is an energetic concert of about 70 minutes featuring Luciano Berio's pioneer music with other virtuoso contemporary compositions, together with parts from 'Die Kunst der Fuge' by J. S. Bach (1685-1750). In this program, various ‘Sequenzas’ by Berio are performed together with new compositions specially written for this programme by composers of different signature. A selection of Die Kunst der Fuge serves as interludes inbetween the new works.
